Whether it is medium or big ticket residential project, swimming pool these days has become an inseparable part of the amenities offered by the builders. Though in the exclusive domain of the luxury segment a few years ago, pools are now finding place in ‘affordable’ space too. On the rosy side, they help one to keep fit and unwind from daily rigmarole, but on the negative side it has huge maintenance cost and difficulty in keeping water clean and germ free, feel residents and developers.
